With heated riding gear from Harley-Davidson, you'll stay warm and comfortable no matter where the road takes you.

Whether you choose One-Touch or Built-In, strategically placed heating elements inside the gear deliver even infrared heat in a matter of seconds. And the over-sized heating elements are thin and flexible for increased coverage and greater mobility.

Carbon Nanocore™ heating elements, with built-in smart-sensing technology, minimize the risk of the garment overheating and provide more heat with less power consumption than conventional wire-based systems.

Powered straight from your bike's 12-Volt system, our quick and easy battery-connecting harness provides continuous power for unlimited riding.

One-Touch Programmable Plug-In 12V Heated Gear

One-Touch gear provides head-to-toe warmth and long-lasting coverage. With a Wireless Wrist Controller, you can customize the temperature of each heated garment with just the touch of a button.

Jacket Liner: Large heating panels using infrared warmth provide deep, penetrating heat. Stretch materials for greater mobility. Coaxial plugs connect to One-Touch programmable glove and pant liners.

Pant Liner: Elastic back waist for ease of movement. Large heating panels for penetrating warmth. Coaxial plus connect to One-Touch programmable socks.

Gloves: Heated gloves keep hands nimble on fingers and back of hand. Adjustable closure to help keep the cold out. Thin and lightweight for a comfortable fit under riding gloves.

Socks: Top-of-foot panels help to keep the feet warm. Elastic top keeps the socks in place.

Programmable, Wireless Temperature Control: The programmable Wireless Wrist Controller (WWC) allows the rider to control the temperature of each heated piece with zone balancing. The heat ratio between the jacket and the gloves or the pants and the socks is pre-programmed at 50% (equal heat distribution to each set - jacket/gloves or pants/socks). Use the pre-programmed heat settings or customize the heat settings perfectly to individual needs. Once programmed, the WWC pairs quickly and easily to a receiver in each garment and enables the rider to adjust the temperature to one of five heat levels with one touch using the - or + button on the WWC. Instruction on how to balance zones and pair the WWC are in the product installation manual. The WWC is worn on the wrist over the riding jacket allowing for better line of sight and uses a simple, two button configuration for quick and easy temperature adjustments even with gloves on. The WWC has an approximate 12-hour charge. Comes with a USB charging cord and is easily rechargeable for unlimited on-the-go use.

Built-In Temperature Controller (BTC) 12V Heated Gear

Versatile and easy to use, Built-In Temperature Controller is the ideal mid-layer that delivers deep, penetrating warmth for a comfortable ride in moderately cool weather.

Jacket Liner: Two-way stretch fabric for a more comfortable fit. Two zippered hand-warmer packets, bungee cord and toggle hem, and extended cuffs with thumb-holes help to prevent unwanted airflow.

Pant Liner: A unisex design that fits over jeans. Waterproof to help keep you warm and dry. Greater visibility with 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material piping. Power-stretch waist with adjustable tabs for a more customized fit. Armor pockets at the knees for greater protection.

Gloves: Waterproof leather to help keep you dry. Pre-curved fingers and power-stretch knuckles for a more natural and comfortable fit. Padded palm to reduce fatigue and anti-slip for icy or wet conditions. For men, 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material piping provides greater visibility. For women, 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation for additional lightweight warmth without the bulk.

Tips for a Proper Fit:

Heated gear must fit properly for optimum performance. That means a snug fit so that heat can transfer to the rider's body.

Step 1: Before you measure

Thick layers such as sweatshirts and sweatpants (or joggers) reduce the heat's effectiveness. Make sure you are wearing one thin layer of clothing.

Step 2: Measure

Chest: Measure over the broadest part of the chest.

Waist: Measure loosely around the belly button.

Inseam: Measure along the inner leg from the crotch to the sole of the shoe or boot.

Step 3: Check our Size Chart

Now you're ready to use the size chart.
