Existing Cardmembers who have been an H-D™ Visa cardmember for 12 months or more can apply to be upgraded to the H.O.G.™ Elite Visa card by calling Cardmember Service using the number on the back of their H-D™ Visa card. If they qualify for the upgrade, all balances and points will be transferred to the H.O.G.™ Elite Visa card.
